Hi all. Just popped in since I got off work and didn't see this posted. So here goes...
-2 scram eggs w/cheese, 4 slices bacon..only 2 pts. on Weigh****chers!! lol
-Light n Fit
-RF triscuits
-1/2c. chili, tunafish on 2 slices Weigh****chers bread
-mixed fruit
-bag of popcorn for dinner...it's late! And only 1 pt. on Weigh****chers
-half pc. of pita w/hummus

I didn't post yesterday because I feel so silly posting alone. Here's my yesterday menu..
My book says that eggs are 2 WW points for 1 large egg??
Breakfast:
Special K protein cereal
6 oz calorie countdown milk
Snack:
Pure protein bar
Cheese stick
Lunch:
Salad w/ ham, cheese, red onion, green peppers and cucumbers
4 Saltines
FF Italian dressing
Snack:
SF Pudding
Dinner:
1 C. of Chicken and Vegtable southwestern soup
Small side salad w/ FF italian dressing
Snack:
Protein Hot chocolate
