Back On Track Monday
Hiya Ladies!
I'm here to be accountable for my eating. I know a lot of people get back on track on Monday's so if you are, Come share.
I did good Saturday but got a lil off track Sunday. We had a back to school seafood feast with lots of good food and sweets! It didn't effect my weight so I'm happy. The entire time, I was thinking about ww points.. LOL
Anyway, come share.. the good, the bad and the ugly!
Breakfast:
Protein shake
Snack:
1 C. Calorie Coutdown Chocolate milk
Lunch:
Ham, Turkey, Roast beef and spicy mustard on 1/2 slice of Thick Weat bread
Garden salad w/ FF italian
Snack:
Yogurt
Dinner:
Smart One Frozen dinner
Rest of my garden salad from lunch
Snack:
NSA hot chocolate made with cc milk
I've had lot's of water!
