TGIF Accountability!

TGIF Work has been crazy but I'm here to be accountable! Come share! B~ Protein shake S~ Ham and Cheese roll up & 1 pickle spear L~ Pure Protein bar & handful of grapes S~ Watermelon and cucumber slices w/ lite italian (not together) S~ 2 bites of a co-workers cinnamon roll. I said no half the day and finally gave in. D~ Turkey, cheese, letttuce, red onion and FF mayo in a LC wheat wrap S~ Going out with friends so I know I'll have a couple "drinks". That's why I tried to eat lite all day. I drink plenty of water all day! Kay
