Thursday Accountability
Hi all! I'm coming to be accountable! Come join me. Still working on the Weigh****chers thing. I must admit I've been kinda half-assed with it. But when I was on it full force, I was doing wonderfully and pretty much kept off the weight I lost. I just haven't been losing more! WW is a great tool for those of us that have gained from our lowest. I've stopped taking my protein drinks though...they were making me gain! I just get all my protein from food and I usually manage to rack up at least 70g/day! I might start adding an Atkins shake or something on days I work out. We'll see...
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese, some cantaloupe chunks
-7 RF triscuits
-turkey and cheese on 2 slice Weigh****chers bread, some salad
-made some wheat spaghetti and I'll heat up a chicken italian sausage and throw some marinara over both.
-I'll treat myself to a weigh****chers ice cream sandwich! I'll munch on some fruit if I get hungry later...

Hey April, Welcome back I've missed ya!! I agree with you, Weigh****chers is great. It has helped me get back on track, I'm super aware of my eating like I was in the begining and I'm loosing the weight that I have gained. The support there is also great! Knowing that I have to check in also keeps me straight!
Ok, enought weigh****chers talk. I sound like a commercial!
What my surgeon told me about protein shakes.. He said they will make you gain weight so when you do drink them, be aware of your daily calorie intake. Replace a meal with them or drink them at the end of the day IF you need to up your protein and you havent't had a lot of calories for the day.

S~ Few watermelon chunks
L~ Salad.. Ham, cheese, red onion, cucumbers and lite italian & Handful of grapes
S~ SF Pudding
D~ Smart One's frozen dinner & Steamed broccoli
S~ Protein hot chocolate.
