I'm a lil late today. I took today off to finish up school shopping with Kristina and we just got back home. Come be accountable with me!
Breakfast: Slim Fast Protein bar
Snack: Apple & Cheese stick
Lunch: Grilled chicken sammy w/ lite mayo & Side salad w/ lite italian
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Ham & Cheese omlete
Snack: Protein shake & SF pudding if I want something sweet later.
Lot's of water!
