Monday Accountability
Hello Ladies
How was everyone's weekend? Mine was good. Did a little school shopping, hung out with freinds and was pretty much lazy the rest of the time.
Anyway, it's time to come be accountable!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Apple & SF jello
Lunch: Smart One's frozen dinner & Steamed broccoli
Snack: Cucumber slices & Baby carrots w/ 2 tbp. of FF ranch
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, cheese, lettuce and red onion in a LC wheat wrap & steamed cabbage.
Snack: WW Yogurt
Plenty of water and I even walked 2 miles this morning!!

B~small bowl of shredded wheat with banana, didn't fini**** though.
L~peanut butter on toast!
D~1/2 a hot dog, small scoop of mac and cheese and some sweet potato french fries.
S~a couple pretzels, and an italian ice.
Exercised, water and pills.
