Hey ladies!! First let me say thank you so much for everyone who was accountable with me yesterday! Well, it's time to be accountable again today! I hope everyone is having a good eating day! B~ Italian turkey sausage link S~ Protein bar L~ Tuna salad on lettuce and few cucumber slices S~ NSA yogart and handful of grapes D~ Alfredo.. whole wheat penna, shrimp, chicken breast, peppers, onions and alfredo sause. B: coffee L: strawberries D: pepper steak with white rice, blech on the rice, was only 2 spoonsful though! S: ONE cubic inch (haha) german choc. cake I had a lick of ice cream today too. Not so good with the cake. It's still early, I'll probably eat some more strawberries or a peach. Went to the Y and did cardio. Hugs n stuff, Renee

Whoops! Had a peach last night. I was soooooo hungry.. finally gave in about 830 and had 2 slices of deli beef meat with lite cream cheese wrapped over a pickle thingy... and some bbq chips Not very many. But got on the scale today and was up .2 lbs. Not horrible but seriouly it's frustrating. Total calorie count minus the exercise was 826 calories. So not enough to gain on, not enough to even maintain a 138 lb body. I totally don't get it. Maybe it was eating that late, although that really doesn't make sense either. :sigh:

Here I am again Kay and I hope I am brave enough to continue daily..... B~protein shake L~1 fried egg, 1 slice of taost with jelly D~ 1/4 bbq'd chicken finger sub All meds and water......Exercised at the gym for 1 hour. Hugs, Chris

OK guys, today sucked big time......worked all night last night and didn't get up til 3:30 pm had a meeting at work at 4 and then finally ate around 6:30.....here is what I had: B- nothing S-nothing L-2 slices pepperoni and sausage pizza S-1/2 slice of pizza I have had about 40 oz of water so far and about 16 oz diet coke. we did go to the lake and walk for about an hour, and then visited hubby's uncle, other than that this was my sucky wasted day.....oh well there is always tomorrow right?
