TGIF Accountability
Hello ladies
How's everyone today? I'm good. I cant believe it's Friday already. This week flew by.
Nothing exciting to report my way. Just another day.
Here's me bein accountable..
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg & 1 cheese stick
Snack: Power crunch bar
Lunch: 1 big chicken enchilada & refried beans
Snack: NSA yogart and 2 strawberries
Dinner: Sausage and shrimp pasta alfredo. made with whole wheat penne.
Snack: Nothing. Going out with friends and will probably have a couple beers.

So nice to see people posting yesterday!! That sausage and shrimp alfredo sounds SO good! So did Lisa's BBQ ribs!
-Lean Cuisine meat lasagna, Light n Fit yogurt
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese, cantaloupe chunks
-1 HB egg, Light n Fit yogurt
-went out to breakfast: 3 scram egg whites, 2 slices canadian bacon, 2 slices wheat toast, some homefries..stuck to the weigh****chers menu!!! Well not the homefries so much
-honey wheat muffin w/LF butter
-Dunkin Latte Lite
