Accountability Tuesday!!
Hello ladies How is everyone doing? I'm alright. I have had a headache off and on since Thursday! It's not bad but a horrible nagging pain behind my eyes. Other than that, I'm pretty good.
Anyway, it's time to be accountable. Come share!
Breakfast: 2 med scrambled eggs, and 2 turkey sausage links.
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Chicken salad on lettuce & 2 hot wings
Snack: NSA yogart sprinkled with 1/2 a pk. of south beach granola.
Dinner: Smart one's frozen dinner
Snack: NSA yogart
And 2.5 cups of calorie countdown chocolate milk throughout the day.
