Monday's Menu!
It's late but come be accountable! I'm here at work...tired! I had so much fun on vacation that I barely got any sleep. Anyhoo..here's my menu:
-1 serving Goldfish, Light n Fit yogurt
-steamed chinese chicken and broccoli, 1/2c. brown rice, 2 mini veggie rolls
-some Special K cereal w/FF milk
-some more steamed chicken and broccoli, 1/2c. brown rice
-Snickers Marathon bar, SF pudding cup
My Weigh****chers thing went right out the window this weekend!! I was on vacay AND I was in the south. But I have resumed today. I can tell a difference in my clothes for sure which is a great thing. I just need to work on my abdominal area and my legs and I'll be happy!

Hey April, I ate a lot for the holiday too! Lots of BBQ, mixed drinks but I'm back on track today!
