Accountability Tuesday
Great new avitar, Kay!
B: egg with a slice of turkey bacon and a pinch of LF shredded cheese
S: white beans, cottage cheese, dollup LF thousand island dressing in a big piece of iceburg lettuce
L: a Quorn chicken patty with some tomato sauce and mozz cheese (parmesean style)
S: protein shake. And a second protein shake. I missed mine yesterday and just craved a second one.
D: 1/3 veggie quesadilla (Reggie got most of the tortilla) and a bunch of tofu from the salad bar at whole foods.
S: probably a SF Fudgcicle
Water - lots. Vits - going for one now. Exercise - driving the convertible??? I did some gardening and am about to go for a walk.
I'm posting kinda late but here goes..
-Turkey n cheese on slice on wheat bread, SF rice pudding
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese, sliced strawberries
-3/4c. dry cheerios, watermelon chunks
-popcorn
-4 baked party wings, 1/2c. string beans, 1/2 yam w/lite butter and splenda
-SF choc pudding, RF cheese stick, 3 graham crackers
I still had 2 points to blow!!
