Accountabiltiy Monday
Back to the basics for me.. I was off track for the weekend! Come be accoutable.with me. I hope everyone had a nice weekend!
B~ Hard boiled egg and 3 strips of bacon
S~ Slim fast protein bar
L~ Salad with grilled chicken, hb egg, cheese, red onion and lite ranch
S~ 4 small yogart covered pretzels.. made my tummy hurt!
D~ Alfredo.. wheat noodles, chicken breast, shrimp, turkey sausage, peppers and onions and alfredo sauce. I made it so I have more protein in it and less pasta and measured the sauce to control carbs and sugars... YUM-O
S~ Protein shake

Cute new avatar! I really need to put up some new pics also. Nothing special for me. Went walking around the city and came home to nap before I had to work tonight. 1 week down on WW and everything's good. I have to go in for weigh-in to see how everything's going. Hope I lost a few!!
B- 1/2c. scrambled egg whites, 2 chicken sausages, 4 mini waffles w/SF syrup
S- banana
L- little hodgepodge from the hot bar all protein
D- 4 baked party wings, 3/4c. green beans, 1/2 large sweet potato w/butter n splenda
S- snack bag of pretzels...left my popcorn at home!!
