Accountability Thursday
Hello Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Today is my Friday because I'm off tomorrow!!! Me and a few friends are taking a road trip to Atlanta, GA for the weekend. My daughter is going to myrtle beach with her best friend so I'm hitting the road too!
Anyway, I'm here to be accountable! Join in
Breakfast: Pure protein bar
Snack: Cheese stick & carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: Grilled boneless pork chop & steamed broccoli
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart w/ 1/2 pack of south beach granola mixed in
Snack: 2 of them orange peanut butter crackers.. so not needed!
Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner... Chicken marsala and mixed veggies
Snack: Lite yogart
Pretty good on water but working on it!!
I wont have the opprotunity to post so anyone pleae post to keep this going!
