I WEIGHED
Well I weighed and I am down a couple of pounds not sure if it's because I have upped my fluid intake (thanks to Jen and Sonic) or if it's because I am slowly weaning off of crackers....
I want to thank Kay and April for the food posts I don't usually reply however I do get ideas of things to eat...keep it up

P.S. Can you believe I went out to my car Saturday after a trip to Sprouts and my car temp was (136) omg......
OK, if Tory can muster up the strength to get on the scale, so can I. So I did. And I am down 4 lbs from the last time. Phew. I was totally freaked out being at 200 again and feared 200 would come up and I could not deal.
My eating has been really good, overall, but most nights I have wine with my friends and I know that is empty calories. My water is good, I am working to be better with my vitamins.
Highest: 280
Lowest: 182
Today: 194
So I am only 12 lbs over my lowest weight but they have to go. I'd really like to get to 175.
I am optimistic that the gym will help.
A car temp of 136 is very scary!!!
