Accountability Tuesday
Hi Kay. Everything's good on my end. Did a career day for one of my friends at her school. It was fun! Afterwards, I got caught up on some much needed sleep. But here's what I had..and I moved to the Point plan on WW. Must better!
B-1c. Special K w/1c. FF milk
S-Latte Lite from Dunkin Donuts..thier syrup is SF!!
L-slice of veggie pizza
D-chicken stir fry, 1/2c. brown rice
S-cashews and SF pudding
So my thing is that I'm gonna forego protein shakes for the month (unless its a meal). I think the shake was impeding my weightloss and actually making me gain a bit. I had tried a new shake, so I'm going shakeless for the month! Also, I only ate up about 25/35 points for the day and my menu was pretty good.
