Hello ladies! I hope everyone had a great weekend! I did! Time to be accountable for what we are eating.. B~ Protein shake S~ Carb/sugar control yogart w/ half a pack of south beach granola L~ BBQ chicken thigh, collard greens S~ Lite yogart and NSA jello cup D~ BBQ chicken leg, 1 slice of roast turkey and steamed cabbage S~ Protein shake Plenty of water and 2 cups of chocolate calorie countdown milk. Hi all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I came home for the weekend and I'm so tired!!!! I head back to NYC for some R&R tonight, but I had so much fun this weekend! B-1/2 egg, 2 slices bacon from breakfast sammy and some fresh mixed fruit L-Lean Cuisine beef burgundy, 1 baked potato S-Light n Fit, 1/2 serving of goldfish D-3 slices beef, baked chicken thigh, 1/4c. brown rice Oh yeah...I started Weigh****chers!! I started on the Core Plan, so we'll see how everything goes. I start at 181.4 lbs....I gained 18lbs. from where I used to be so I'm looking to lose 10-15lbs. on this. I gained 18lbs. but my clothes are still fitting....a tad bit snug for some of them but fitting. I was too thin at one point so...we'll see! April

Good luck on weigh****chers, April!! I'm seriously considerning it. My weight is not going up but it's not going down either.I know i need exercise!
