Good morning!
Ugh...bad, bad week for me.
Here are my (crappy) stats...
Highest Weight: 293
Lowest Weight: 162 (for a day but, hey, it counts!)
Last week: 171
This week: 172
1 lb gain this week, 10 lbs up from my lowest. GRRRRR!!
I am eating chicken for breakfast so I am inspired today to do well. My birthday is tomorrow and I will try to eat well then, too. It will be hard...I have gotten SO used to eating junk!!

Today: 148.5
I think my body loves the 146 - 151 range. At my lowest in March 2007, I was getting lots of negative comments about being thin - I can still fit in my 8's so I am happy. I can still say I lost 1/2 of me - I gained a bit back though...I cannot believe we are 29 months out from surgery and still doing so well!!!

My weight is yuk! But on the positive note I made it to the gym days this week and even went 2 times in one day Tuesday and Wednesday! So perhaps it is muscle I am building as I lose fat! One can hope right?

This week: 159 lbs
Lowest 134 lbs.....
I will get there again!
