Food,Food, Foooooood!!!!!
Hi every body!!!!
Here I am, struggling about food!!!
Let me tell you my story: Last weekend Male and the kids came to Jilotepec to visit me. When Male saw me she said: "Alex!!! are you all right??? you look bad!!!!"
I replyed that I felt pefectly fine... That sunday we traveled to Guadalajra to spent the Father's day with my family. When my mother and sisters looked at me they looked concerned and said that I looked awful.
That night I asked Male what was all of that, and she told me that I really looked bad, skinny, tired and sick...
I went directly to the scale (I haven't one in Jilotepec) and surprise!!! I am weighting the lowest ever!!! I have lost 8 pounds the last few weeks. At 6 feet tall and around 40 years old, I don't think that it is healthy to loose more weight.
To be honest my first thought was: Awesome!!!! but after all the comments received the past few days, it is evident the necessity to gain some weight again... So, I am here struggling with food again... but it is strange that now I am looking for ways to gain some weight in a healthy way. I called my nutritionist and she agrees with me that 177 pounds are way low for me. I am starting to have my snacks again. I stopped eating them and started to eat only three meals. I am having five meals again...
I also, am planning to start up to work out in a gym to gain muscle tissue. I am a little bit mad with the fact that life is as it is and one is never quiet with life. There is always something that shadows your happiness...
Well, by other side, my life is quiet and happy now. I am working hard, I love my job. Jilotepec is a really nice place, it is not noicy or poluted, it has forest and hills, the people is open and nice...
I wish everybody a nice weekend...
Hugs to all of you since Jilotepec Mexico!!!

Hi Alex I am struggling to but this s the opposite of yours. I am trying to lose again and even joined a Gym and am enjoying that. I get very hungry after exercising,so I need to learn to control that.
I am glad your life is going well. I too am happy with my life but then again I have always been happy. I do know I am having more energy and having more fun though. Hope your weekend is good.....
Hugs, Chris
Hi Chriss... I have missed you a lot!!!
I hope your struggling will become in no time in satisfaction having the challenge accomplished... My advice for you is... if you are feeling hungry after excercise, would be adviceable to snack something high in proteins low in carbs. You will not feel miserable and will enjoy the exercise more...
Thanks for your kind words.
You are a good friend...
Alex
Hi Alex!!
I am pleased to hear of so many positive things happening in your life. Congratulations on working so hard to make all your dreams a reality for you and your family.
We never thought we'd be talking about being too thin.....Enjoy knowing that you need to eat as food can be a positive part of life and it nourishes our body to be strong and achieve other greatnesses.
