Accountability Friday
TGIF!!!! I'm so happy to get this week is almost over. It has been super slow!
Anyway, i'm here to be accountable.. join in and share what you are eating.
Breakfast: Nothing.. slept through it.
Snack: Beef jerky
Lunch: Grilled buffalo chicken sammy and few fries
Snack: beef jerky and 2 oreo cookies
Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner.. steak & broccoli
Snack: protein shake

Wow Kay good for you, you had a great menu today. I did not post yesterdays but will go back and post it after this. I went to the gym today and my trainer said she can see the weight dropping off me but I replied it is not showing on the scales for me and she suggested staying off the scales because she beleives it is showing as I seem to be toning up. I hope so because I have been working my ass off. Here is my accountablity......

D~1 pc of pizza and 1/2 of a chicken finger.......
S~small ice cream cone but did not fini****
1 vodka and diet ice tea....
I went to the gym, I had all my water, and I had my meds.......
