TGIF!!!! I'm so happy to get this week is almost over. It has been super slow! Anyway, i'm here to be accountable.. join in and share what you are eating. Breakfast: Nothing.. slept through it. Snack: Beef jerky Lunch: Grilled buffalo chicken sammy and few fries Snack: beef jerky and 2 oreo cookies Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner.. steak & broccoli Snack: protein shake Have a great weekend!! Wow Kay good for you, you had a great menu today. I did not post yesterdays but will go back and post it after this. I went to the gym today and my trainer said she can see the weight dropping off me but I replied it is not showing on the scales for me and she suggested staying off the scales because she beleives it is showing as I seem to be toning up. I hope so because I have been working my ass off. Here is my accountablity...... B~protein drink L~small chili with cheese from Wendi's D~1 pc of pizza and 1/2 of a chicken finger....... S~small ice cream cone but did not fini**** 1 vodka and diet ice tea.... I went to the gym, I had all my water, and I had my meds....... HUGS, CHRIS
