Accountability Thursday
Hello ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Work has been pretty steady but has slowed down a bit. I hope everyone is having a good day!
Ok, it's time to be accoutable!
B: Power crunch bar
S: Lite yogart
L: 1/2 grilled bbq chicken breast, Mexican corn
S: Finished the leftover tuna salad (less than 1/2 C.) & 5 RF wheat thins
S: At work.. half of a cupcake
D: Smart ones frozen dinner.. steak and asparagus
S: Protein shake
Ok on water and most of my vitamins.

-Lean Cuisine Parmesan crusted fish...something new and good!!
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese, some mixed fruit
-1/2 turkey sammy w/cheese, Light n Fit yogurt
-handful pistachios, some soy crisps
-protein shake
-leftover chicken stirfry, 1/2c. brown rice
-some soy crisps, few pcs. beef jerky

Here I am a day late but being accountable.....I had to take my Mom to the hospital for a stent to be put into her heart today because she had a blockage.....
B~Protein shake
S~light and fit yogurt, small banana and a package of 2 cookies (Healthy choice brand?)
L~small chili
S~4 crackers with PB and Jelly on them
D~turkey and cheese wrap.......
S~mandarin oranges, sf jello.....
Late snack 3 bite size fast break bars..... I was really hungry today.
Exercised at the gym, meds and all water today.....
