It's late and not sure if anybody is around but I'm here to post menu's. Getting straight to the point, food! Watcha eating?? Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 turkey sausage link. Snack: Few watermelon chunks, slice of fresh pineapple. Lunch: BBQ chicken leg quarter, steamed broccoli and carrots Snack: 3 dove chocolate squares Dinner: Tuna salad on lettuce Snack: Protein shake Bad on water but I'm drinking now. Kay

I am here and too the point..... B~protein shake L~small chili with cheese from Wendy's and mandarin oranges.... S~large teaspoon of peanut butter and some crackers. D~small BBQ chicken breast, ceaser salad and corn. S~a bite of a fastbreak bar atleast 75 oz of water all meds and went to the gym twice today..... Hugs, Chris

Hey, hey. Hope all is well today. Nothing new to report here...on to food! B- 1/2c. egg whites, 3 slices bacon, wheat toast w/smear of lite butter and low sugar jelly S-shake L-pizza: 1 wheat flatbread, 1 oz RF mozzarella, marinara, 8 turkey pepperoni, and some salad w/LF cesear drsg...pizza was so yummy!! S- 1/2 Snickers Marathon bar D-some homemade chicken stir fry w/some shirataki noodles...yummy once again! S- 1/2 snack bag veggie crisps, SF jello Good on fluids and ran 20 mnis today!! April
