Accountability Tuesday
Hiya Ladies How is everyone enjoying their day? Mine has been good. I stayed home and chilled out around the house til it was time for me to go to work.
Come Share the good the bad and the ugly. I haven't had anything bad but I have been a grazing fool all day. I don't know what my issue is today?! It's horrible!!
Ok, here's me being accountable.
Breakfast: 1 Scram egg w/ cheese and Special K whole wheat waffle w/ SF syrup
Snack: 5 cheese cubes and 4 wheat crackers.
Graze attack: 3 wheat crackers and 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter
Graze attack # 2: Fresh pineapple
Graze attack # 3: 3 cheese cubes and 3 wheat crackers
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of ham
Snack: Beef jerkey, handful of grapes and few cherries
Snack: on the way to work.. NSA vanilla pudding.
Dinner: Taco salad.. Lettuce topped with taco seasoned beef, black beans, cheese, salsa and ff sour cream.
Snack: Hopefully nothing but if i want something i'll have yogart or a shake.

Mine is much prettier today and I went to the gym twice. Once for weight and cardio and a second time for pilates class. I also cleaned my room too.
B~protein drink and cereal with banana
S~a couple bites of an apple turnover....
L~turkey and cheese wrap
S~3 soy crisps
D~shrimp, mandarin oranges and banana
over 100 oz water, plus sugar free ice tea, coffee, all my vitamins and exercise too....
