Accountability Monday
Hi ladies How is everyone doing.
I'm getting straight to the point.. being accoutable!
Breakfast: 1 slice of wheat toast with pb on it
Snack: beef jerky and few cheese cubes
Lunch: ham and cheese omlette and fresh pineapple.
Snack: Power crunch bar
Snack: carb/sugar control yogart
Dinner: Steak and steamed carrots and broccoli
Snack: Protein shake

Mine is pretty ugly but atleast I am admitting it today....
B~protein shake
L~cereal with 1/2 of a banana
D~chicken and veggie stir fry
S~some chocolate cake and a kit kat bar.....
S~wine
All vitamins some water, and 1 hour at the gym. I am kinda down today and not sure why. Hopefully tomorrow is better for me.....

Mine ain't that pretty either!! I'm kinda thinking about doing Weigh****chers...I think I need something a lil structured.
B- 3 in italian sub, some mango slices
L- 1 chicken wing, hot on 1/2 roll, sm. pc of corn with butter
S-Smoothie King Low Carb choc shake
D- 1 chicken wing, hot dog on roll, some WW noodles w/butter and parmesan cheese
S- banana

Yeah, it's just this pesky 15lbs. that I gained that won't fully be gone!! I tried on some of my summer clothes...they're a lil snug! I gained so much weight in my belly alone and it's getting to be nerve wrecking. I lose a lil, then I gain it back. In all honesty, it's 100% my fault. I just need to stay on track is all. I'd much rather do it on my own and save some $$ but if it still isn't working in the next 2 weeks...i may become a WW! I'll let ya know!
