Monday morning weight in...
Ok today is the day...I went to the gym every day but saturday and I think I already feel a difference but the scales does not show that much. I have never been able to lose more than a couple pounds in a week. John did well to. He also went to the gym everyday and even thanked me for the membership.
My stats...
Last week:160 lbs
this week: 158 lbs
2 pounds and I will take it..
My husband weighed but it shows he gained 1 lb but how that is possible I do not know. He has been eating very healthy and not even drinking beer. Oh well on too next week. I hope everyone does better than us.

I did not weigh this morning ... forgot.
I'm a big puff though ... I am not sure how I am going to survive this summer heat and humidity. Thank God for A/C. I had to go out at 7:30 this am and it was stiffiling, seriously, I can barely breath and I am only 3 months pregnant.
Guessing weight was 215 - 217 this am. That has been my range the last couple days.

1 lb loss this week, 9 lbs up from my lowest.
Tonight I am going to the Melting Pot to celebrate my sister's birthday so I KNOW I won't be great tonight. BUT...I will kick ass the rest of the week. Or, um, at least I'll try!

I am afraid to go down stairs to weigh............I will do it tomorrow ...
I did really better near the end of last week then on Saturday and Sunday at the lake and out by the pool I found myself drinking Margarittas (to many carbs) but I did do better with the white carb's and crackers etc....
I read all the info about the 5 day pouch test and I think I will just do better getting back to basics like we have always agreed...........
I will let you know tomorrow how my weight is.

Morning Chris! I hate the weight gain with the beginnings of working out. I was told in class that the loss of muscle with the intial mass weight loss (post op) is built up faster once working out has begun. Sounds logical, kinda, to me... so I'm taking it! As long as I keep seeing some kind of result- wether stamina or scale wise I'm keeping positive.
Last Week... I believe it was 220....
This week: 220 again, although Sat I was 219 and today I have AF... maybeeee!
Since working out, This week I'm also down 2.5 more inches!
Bust: 44".... 43.5!
Under Bust: 39.5" 39..... 38 3/4!!
Arms (Left, Right): 14"/14" 14.25/14.25...14/15.5!
Waist: 42" 41....40.5!!!
Hips: 42.5" 41.5...41!
Thighs: 22"/22" 22/21.5... 22/22!
