TGIF Accountability
Work has been crazy busy and I haven't had a chance to post but I'm here. Come be accountable. I hope everyone is having a good day!!
Breakfast: 1 whole wheat special K waffle, 2 turkey sausage links and 1 scram egg
Snack: mixed nuts
Lunch: Few steak strips w/ onions and peppers, 2 hot wings and steamed broccoli
Snack: Lite yogart
Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner.. steak tips and asparagus
Snack: protein shake

S~ mandarin orange cup
L~small bowl of life cereal maple and brown sugar....
D~turkey and swiss cheese on a multi grain flat wrap.....
S~tablespoon of peanut butter, mandarin orange cup.....
100 oz water, all vitamins and exercised at the gym.....

B- shake
Lunch- tuna and a Mini Wheat Bagel
Snack: Mini Wheat bagel with Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese- yummy!
Dinner: 1 Slice Pizza
When I got home (Targeted emotional eating) Turkey Sandwhich
I got all my water in and did tons of exercise while cleaning my rabbit cages!
