Accountability Wednesday
Hiya ladies! It's time to stop by and be accountable for whatcha eating!
I hope everyone is having a good day. I did absolutely nothing before work. It's so dang hot outside. Now I'm here at the hospital freezing!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Pure protein bar
Lunch: Steak and eggs
Snack: Lite yogart, 3 cherries and handful of grapes
Snack: On the way to work i wanted some sweet, NSA vanilla pudding cup
Dinner: Grilled boneless pork chop, grilled shrimp and steamed broccoli
Snack: Slim fast protein bar
That's it for me.

Hi Kay. Everything's good over here. Been a long day and now at work doin the nightshift. Here's what I had:
-Bacon, egg, n cheese on 1 side of croissant from DD
-Split a 6inch sub with my dad, few RF chips, some watermelon chunks
-4 chicken nuggets
-1/4c. spanish rice, leftover taco meat
-packed a SF pudding for snack
Yeah, I pretty ate junk today...oh well! I packed some good stuff for tonight at least!!

Ok I am back and trying to be accountable! I went to the gym again today and did 1/2 hour on the tread mill, walking and running 1.25 miles then did a totally tone class for 45 minutes that totally kicked my butt. That was several hours ago and I am hurting, but I guess you call it a good hurt.....Here is my menu for today...........
B~protein coffee....
L~crackers, peanut butter, cucumber slices and a few slices of banana......
S~ 1/2 of a chocolate chip cookie...
D~1/2 piece of chicken breast, with a ceaser salad and apple slices in the salad...
100 oz of water plus 32 oz of coffee....
vitamins and exercise...
