Accountability Tuesday

Hi Kay I am here and trying to be accountable......
I had a good but rough day at the gym. I ache all over but it is a good kinda ache.....
B~protein shake with an extra scoop of bran
S~spoonful of peanut butter
L~small chili from Wendy's but I only ate about 2/3rds and just one cracker.....
S~2 crackers
D~1/2 spinach sausage on the grill, mixed steamed veggies and some sweet potatoe french fries...
I am still hungry and may have some fruit......
I had my vitamins
all my water and I exercised......
Feel the burn......

I did Ok yesterday....
After my workout I only had change so I ran to the supermarket and got the warmest most delicious wheat bagel one has ever seen- it was heaven!
B- Wheat Bagel
L- Bacon Egg, Cheese Burrito with some hashbrown in there
Sleeping Aid: So I had to try those madeline cookies from Starbucks and dang, they knocked me OUT!
S- Turkey Jerkey
D- Cheeseburger minus one side of the bun
