Hello ladies How is everyone today? I'm good. It is sooo freaking hot here, it's crazy!! Other than that, I've had a decent day. It's time to be accountable for what your eating. I haven't had the best eating day but here it is.. Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 sausage link, 1 pancake, few bites of hash browns .. went out to breakfast with co workers. Snack: Boiled peanuts and 2 mini snicker bars Lunch: 1 egg, 1 sausage link and 1/2 a pancake .. leftovers from breakfast Snack: carb/sugar control yogart & few fresh strawberries. Dinner: Steak & Salad Snack: Protein shake That's it for me, Kay

Hi Kay here I am.....trying to be more accountable for my actions! Breakfast~ protein coffee S~protein drink L~cucumber slices, baby carrot sticks and a 1/2 cup of manderin oranges..... D~ 1 chicken cheese and cucumber wrap S~banana and pineapples Water~72 oz plus extra fluids I exercised at the gym today and feel great! HUGS, Chris

Hey there, hey there! Everything has been good with me. I do have a complaint....I've been working out like mad, and eating just right. I haven't lost a pound!!! I've been working out really good..back to my old self, and it feels so good! I've only been taking in about 900-1000 cals a day and not many carbs....that's my issue. So, this week, I'm gonna up the cals, still workout and see what happens. Usually when I do that, I lose alot faster. I better! Okay... -Homemade taco salad w/1 shell, RF beef, RF cheese and sour cream w/taco sauce...yum!! -2 HB eggs, Light N Fit yogurt -SF pudding, 1/2 banana nut muffin -protein shake -Chicken n broccoli fettucine alfredo w/whole wheat fettucine about 1/2c -3 madeline cookies, Skinny Iced Vanilla Latte April

Tell me the workout secrect to losing weight!!!! I've gained seven!!!!!! But I lost three... how do I keep going down down down?

I've figured out that when I eat more cals...i lose weight faster. That's when I'm working out, though. If I just eat less cals and not work out then I will lose a couple lbs. here and there. I'm gonna start trying to get 1200 cals a day. You're working out alot so you better bump up your cals too!! You'll be dropping lbs. like they're bad habits!! lol
