Accountability Tuesday
Hello ladies!
How is everyone today? I'm ok. Work is slow right now so I'll post menu's a little early. Come be accountable!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Pure protein bar
Lunch: Steak and 1 scrambled egg
Snack: Lite yogart & NSA chocolate pudding
Dinner: Hot wings & salad
Snack: Protein shake

Everything's good on my end. Fighting food demons as usual. Did pretty good though.
-Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper fish: ate half the rice and none of the dessert
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese, NSA strawberry banana applesauce
-Atkins shake, 2 saltines
-1c. Special K w/berries, 6 oz. FF milk after work
-about 7 large steamed shrimp, 1 chicken finger, salad w/RF Bleu cheese drsg
-SF pudding, 2 bites of collard green, about 1 oz. pulled pork...I stayed away from the carbs!!!
