Accountability Monday
Hello! How is everyone doing? I'm good. I had a great weekend and ate junk, junk and more junk. We went to an amusement park. The funny thing is, i lost 2 lbs!! I guess from all the walking?!
Anyway, come be accountable.
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Cheese stick and carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: lasagna
Snack: Peanut butter low carb protein shake from smothie king.. OMG, so good!
Snack: Handful of almonds
Dinner: Sweet onion chicken teryki wrap from Subway.
Snack: Lite yogart and a few fresh strawberries
Bad on water but I'm working on it!

I have a break inbetween classes... But dude, glad you lost weight while having fun at the park!
Breakfast: Shake
S- Peanuts (some pop tart... I was in a low sugar funk in class)
L- Roastbeef Sandwhich
S- (after work out) PBJ- 1 sl bread
Dinner: I'm thinking a shake with peanuts while at my meeting at 7.

Hi all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I had some friends come in town and we went to see Sex and The City of course!! Loved it! I, too, ate some junk I probably didn't need to! Here's what I had today..
B-egg whites, 2 chicken breakfast sausages, 1/2 english muffin
S-few grapes
L-6 large steamed shrimp, 1 pc. leftover fried fish, 2 bites potato salad, some okra and tomatoes
S-milk w/SF strawberry flavor
D-1.5c chili...yum-o!!
S- I packed a Light n Fit yogurt
I'm trying soooo hard to keep from the food at work. I need to drop some lbs. since it's getting warm out! so...I'm trying!!!
