Hello everyone! Boy what a week! School started, I've beem doing the work out thing... blah blah... The thing is I GAINED weight! WTF!? I work out at least 60 mins a day and drink all my water... I do admit I didn't drink like I was supposed to Sunday... but Starting:: 393 Last Week: 216 This Week: 222!!!!!

Hey Jaci, don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. You are building muscle, it will add some weight at first. Try the measuring tape for awhile instead of the scale.

I am going to wait and weigh tomorrow, I did ok but not great and I am kinda afraid of gaining or knowing I did, this is the first time since my surgery that my weight has been going up and not just a change or two makes it go down....mmhm Tori

Starting: 318 Surgery: 280 Lowest: 157 Today: 170 It's all stress eating. But I"m trying to stay alert to it and not spiral into a deep pit of chocolate (mmmmmm chocolate ........BAD FINGERS!!! STOP TYPING SUCH STUFF). RobinNJ
