Accountability Hump Day
Hey all. It's Wednesday already!!! The week is going by so fast and I ain't complaining! Just wanted to post real fast..at work of course. I might as well just friggin live here!
-Ham n cheese sammy on whole wheat bread, few carrot sticks and drsg
-PowerBar Nut Naturals bar
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese with some mixed fruit
-few bites of whole wheat bagel
-protein hot chocolate
-1.5c chili (I made!!), 1/4 pc. whole wheat flatbread
-I packed an Atkins shake and Light n Fit yogurt for snack

Ok, let's see.. I didn't do too bad.
Breakfast: 5 leftover hot wings.
Snack: Hot peanuts
Lunch: Steak w/ onions and peppers
Snack: Protein bar
Snack: 1 chocolate chip cookie
Dinner: Pork roast, collard greens and pinto beans
Snack: If I want something, I'll have yogart but I'm full from dinner.
Not too good on water. I've had a lot of diet coke.
