Accountability Tuesday
Hi all. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. It was BEAUTIFUL outside yesterday!! I got up early, went walking in Central Park, did some shopping, and later in the day we went to a friends apt to have lunch on the rooftop, and we then finished off at a Mexican restaurant for food and margaritas! It was so New York City but we had so much fun. And our waiter was HOT!! Anyhoo...today has been uneventful. Worked out and ran around town a bit, now I'm home making chili and resting up before I head out to work. Come share your menus!!
B- English muffin w/lite butter, protein shake awhile later
S- 2 RF cheese sticks, 4 stoneground wheat crackers
L- 1 spare ribs, slice of corned beef, 5 ****tail shrimp, bite of salmon
D- I'm having some leftover chicken with salad
S- I'll pack a SF pudding and some trailmix

L~ 1/2 can smoked oysters, few cheese cubes and 5 whole wheat crackers
S~ hb egg, sliced cucumbers drizzled w/ lite ranch
S~ 1/2 a white chocolate brownie
D~ Salad, grilled chicken, hb egg, cheese, red onions, broccoli and lite ranch
S~ Lite yogart
