It's Friday Come be accountable for what your eating! Breakfast: Slim fast protein bar. my new fav. Snack: Boiled peanuts Lunch: Chicken salad made w/ ff mayo and few whole wheat crackers Snack: Few cheese cubes and lite yogart Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner.. steak and asparagus Snack: Protein shake Doing good on water!
