Accountability Thursday!
Ok, I'm doing this a little early. Come be accountable for what your eating.
Breakfast: Protein shake and lite yogart an hour later
Snack: Ham & cheese roll up dipped in spicy mustard
Lunch: Ham & cheese Omlette
Snack: 1/2 small bag of pretzels and 1 bite of friends hamburger
Snack: 5 cheese cubes
Dinner: Chicken salad on lettuce and few whole wheat RF crackers
Snack: SF pudding cup with protein mixed in.

Hi Kay. Can't believe the week is almost over!! Everything's good on my end. Nothing special going on here...just slept all day. Here's what I had:
3 slices deli ham, 1 slice cheese on 1 slice wheat bread, Light n Fit yogurt
Atkins shake, handful of dry cheerios a bit later
1 scram egg, 2 slices bacon
2 watermelon chunks, 1/4 pc. of flatbread
4 oz. spaghetti sauce, few whole wheat noodles, 1/4c. steamed veggies
I packed a SF pudding for snack!
