Accountability Wednesday
Hi all. I see this wasn't posted so here goes!
B- 1 pc. toast w/slice of cheese, 1 chicken breakfast sausage link
S- Cookies n Cream Luna Bar
L- bite of crabcake, 2 BBQ spareribs, 4 fried shrimp, 2 potato pcs., 2 watermelon chunks
S- handful of cheezits, 1 RF cheese stick, 1/4 pc. whole wheat flatbread
D- 3 oz. tilapia, salad w/ shredded mozzarella, lite drsg
S- having SF pudding for snack!!
Walked throughout the city for about 1.5 hrs today. and I went to Brooklyn and ended up carrying all these bags from the subway!!

Hey April,
This is extrermely late but I was good yesterday so I'm sharing!!!
Breakfast: 1 whole grain special k waffle, 1 scram egg, 1 turkey sausage link.
Snack: Beef jerky and cheese stick
Lunch: Hot wings and raw celery, raw broccoli w/ lite ranch
Snack: ham and cheese roll up, lite yogart and 1 strawberry
Dinner: Steamed cabbage, pinto's and pork roast.
Snack: This is when I wanted to much, munch, munch!! 3 peices of sf chocolate, 1 cheese stick and 2 slices of thin deli ham. Not at the same time.
Great on water!
