Hello ladies! How is everyone doing? I'm ok.
It's time to be accoutable! Come share. I feel like I've eaten a lot today. Nothing bad, just a lot.
Breakfast: Protein shake and lite yogart an hour later
Snack: HB egg
Lunch: Hot wings and salad w/ lite ranch
Snack: Small can of plain tuna and 4 crackers
Snack: SF chocolate pudding
Dinner: Pork roast and steamed cabbage
Snack: Protein shake
That's it for me.

It's super late here. We went to a Transracial Adoption Support Group tonight. I'm not sure I can remember everything I ate ... I know most of it was crap though ....
BFast - coffee latte
Lunch - Chicken Rueben - chicken, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and 1000 Is dressing
Snack - baked chicken nugs, few ff
Snack - Soni****d Tea -love that ice!!!!, cinnamon swirls - too bad I do not dump, these are evil wickend little snits
Supper - A little bit of everything ... Spinach salad, peaches, green beans, chicken nugget, french fries, mini meatballs
Just now -- 2 cheese sticks and 2 tater thingies ...
