Accountability Monday
Hi ladies
Ok, it's time to be accountable! I hope everyone is back on track from the weekend! I seriously didn't have anything sweet this weekend and for me that's good but today i got to work and there were brownies. I avoided them for 4 hours then gave in!
Breakfast: 2 egggs w/ cheese
Snack: lite yogart
Lunch: pinto beans and grilled chicken breast
Snack: Pork skins and few cheese cubes
Snack: A brownie
Dinner: Steak and shrimp
Snack: protein shake
Not so good on water.

Hi everyone ... the weekend was rough ... I made a cake and we ate the whole thing within a day -- oy ve.
Breakfast - 2 egg omlet, spinach, onions, tomatoes and swiss cheese - latte
Lunch - 1 egg - egg salad sandwich on double fiber english muffin, few pieces of spinach and tomatoes - 2 pickled beats, 1/2 pickled egg white
Snack - 1 1/2 pickled egg white, ww goldfish
Snack - orange
Dinner - yikes ... Arbys - Meat from beef and cheddar and maybe 1/4 of bun, few curly fries, cheese stick and 3 potato bites.
I need to drink some water and take some calcium.
Hi Kay. Sorry I've been MIA...I've been sick! And for like 2 weeks now. Think I had a bout of bronchitis but started on antibiotics and feeling a bit better now. I've been staying on track though and lost the 5 lbs. I gained in the 2 weeks prior!! I didn't even work out...just ate more sensibly. And I realized that I wasn't hungry as often and the urge to eat carbs just wasn't there. I even got a kids meal from Burger King and my tummy hurt sooo much. Served me right! Here's what I had today:
B: turkey sausage patty, egg whites, cheese- one of them D-Liteful sammies from Jimmy Dean..tastes pretty good and quite healthy!
L- 8 extra large shrimp, some salad w/lite drsg
S- RF cheez its..a serving
D- some corn, spinach, pc. of meatloaf and about 6 shrimp
Even worked out today!
