Accountability Thursday
Ok, I'm here to be accountable. So far so good for me!! I hope everyone is having a good eating day!
Breakfast: Smoked turkey sausage link and leftover broccoli n cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Baked chicken breast and small salad
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart
Dinner: Lean cuisine frozen dinner
Snack: Protein shake
Ok on water but still sipping

Breakfast - SF Caramel Latte, Cheerios and Milk
Lunch - Turkey Salad on WW Eng Muffin & Spinach Salad; spinach, tomatoes, black olives, garbanzo beans, ranch
Snack - Orange
Snack - Orange
Snack - Cheddar cheese and WW Goldfish
Itty Bitty Snack - sip of OJ b/c I was feeling like my BS was low
Dinner - Baked chicken, baked fries, veggie mix; zuchini, yellow squash, corn, onion, red pepper, green pepper and a Weigh****chers Giant Latte Popsicle
ER season finale tonight ... that means we will have popcorn for a snack - hot air popcorn with butter - gotta have the butter.
I may also drink a glass of milk b/c my calcium was low today.

Weird day I was busy at work:
1 box of water crackers throughout the day
1 sf Latte
3/4 beef and cheddar from arby's w/ curly fries ( mad me sick ) not sure why I eat it ocassionally becuase I always get sick from it....dauh
sf protien brownie
Not so good on fluid or protien...........
There is always tomorrow
