Accountability Wednesday
Ok, it's time to be accountable! I'm doing better but still slipping a little at work! I'm so mad at myself when I cant just say no to the junk!!
Breakfast: 2 cups of chocolate calorie countdown milk
Snack: 2 ham and cheese roll up's
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs and 1 turkey sausage link
Snack: ham and cheese roll up
Snack: Got a big basket from our manager so i ate a few things from it.. Big Handful of almonds, 1/2 a biscotti, 2 little chocolate rum balls.
Dinner: Baked chicken and broccoli n cheese & a 2 strawberries
Snack: Protein shake
Better on water today!

Cottage cheese with edemae and 2T of this great yougurt LF salad dressing I found
turkey meatloaf with more edemae and rest of salad veggies from yesterday
venti latte with soy milk and SF cinnamon dolce syrup - and protein powder
1/2 cheese enchalada that was too much tortilla, 2 lettuce leaves dipped in dressing
maybe a profect tube ahead?
Water - yep
Vits - will go do right now

I wanted to post earlier but I was soooo busy at work! Now my head is seriously about to explode with a headache! Anyway...I've had quite the few temptations but have kept them at bay. I have to say, I'm myself that I have the willpower! But that was yesterday. Gotta take it one day at a time. Here's what I had:
6 slices FF ham, 1 slice cheese on 2 sl. wheat bread w/mustard; some collard greens
Light n Fit yogurt
1/2 pumpkin scone, 1/2c. scram egg whites, 3 slices bacon
about 5 chunks watermelon, 8oz. FF milk w/ scoop of protein 1/2hr. later
1 cheese stick, 2 stoneground whole wheat crackers
1 crabcake, some salad
carrot sticks, cuke slices w/LF ranch

I did better wednesday:
I had a box of those ff/ water crackers throughout the day
bk: Protien brownie
sn: 1 sf Latte
no lunch: crackers
sn: protien brownie
dn: 1/2 piece chicken few noodles
sn: protien brownie
Only one Latte today, I think maybe I shouldn't make a whole batch of those brownies they are so tempting, but they don't have sugar or white flour so maybe they are not that bad I just fool myself
Bad on fluid, need to find a replacement to coffee

Hi Kay, Better lated than never right?
B~shredded wheat cereal (10 pieces)
L~ fruit cup
D~several shrimp and three chicken bites.
S~shredded wheat cereal again......
Not enough fluids and no exercise because I was sick....Took a friend to the hospital for an angiogram and came home and layed on the couch to get rid a a very bad headache.
All vitamins though!
