Accountability Tue.
Jaci started the menu thread yesterday and I thought it was a GREAT idea becasue it helps keep me straight. I dont see this posted so I'm jumping in!
B: Lite yogart and 1 boiled egg
S: Protein bar and few strawberries
L: Leftovers.. steak and steamed cabbage
s: Carb/sugar control yogart and 1/2 slim fast protein bar
S: 3 orange peanut butter crackers.. snack not needed at work!
D: South beach diet frozen dinner.. chicken and broccoli
S: Protein shake
bad on water

B: 2 mugs of egg drop soup
S: egg whites, some leftover turkey meatloaf and veggies and shredded LF cheeses - peas, onions, carrot, cabbage
L: protein whole grian tortilla with 2 slices turkey, a big slab of LF cream cheese and some lettuce
S: insides of some chicken tomatillas - did not eat the corn outside, just the inside with some LF sour cream
D: 1/3 meat lasagne from frozen dinner
Where is my protein shake???? Been avoiding this for a few days
oh yes, a half bottle of champagne - dont care for oreos but like a few drinks at night.
Water - yep
Vits - arghhh
exercise - stretch out daily but not enuf

Protein shake
B~shredded wheat cereal (about 10 small pieces)
L~ small Wendy's Chili with cheese and 2 crackers
S~ shredded weat cereal (about 10 small pieces)
D~Cucumber and peanutbutter on wheat crackers
Water~excellent
Vitamins~excellent
Exercise~excellent, because I FINALLY DID SOME! I walked 1 mile...

Thanks for starting this up again!! I soooo need this!! I'll definitely be joining in on starting the thread some days! We can do this!! I've been sick the past few days, so I've been living on soup and not much else, except last night I did have a little sustenance for a meal...chicken. Here goes today:
8 oz. protein hot chocolate 15g protein
12 oz. protein coffee 23g protein
1 oz. spaghetti/meat sauce w/spoonful of ricotta; 1/4c. LF cottage cheese w/6 pineapple chunks
1 slice cheese toast, 1/2c. split pea soup
3 oz. chicken breast, salad w/ .5 oz RF shredded cheese
Didn't count cals or total protein but will do it tomorrow. No exercise yet...I may start back up on Thursday when I feel a lil better.

Ok so not much better on kicking the starbucks habit.....
Today I had:
bk: 1 SF VANILLA LATTE
1/2 Box of flax seed water crackers throughout the day
lch: small turkey rice soup and 1/2 breadstick
snk: 1 SF VANILLA LATTE
dnr: a few chips and guaguamole (sp) and 1/2 of a cheese crisp
snk: Had these really awesome sf brownies that I made from EGGFACES BLOG she has some amazing stuff on there if you have never been it worth the look, I make them with extra ricotta and more nuts to up the protien and I cut them in very small pieces so when I say brownie(s) I really mean 1
as far as fluid goes again only the lattes and 1 diet Dr Pepper (which gave me horrible gas and does everytime I drink it so why you ask ?????
