ReCommitting to a healthy lifestyle....
Hello everyone......
Sorry I have been missing in action. I just finished school and have 2 exams this week and will be done until September. I had a really great time and hope I did well. I will let you all know when I know. I am happy to see such good news on marriages and Babies and all.
I have been struggling immensely with proper eating and stuff. I have been diligent on my vitamins but have been horrible with water, eating and exercising. I need the support and encouragement from this board and see some others could also benefit with the support. Starting tomorrow I recomitt myself to proper eating, drinking 62 ounces of water and exercising at least five days per week. Tomorrow I will do a Monday morning weigh in and hopefully that should shock me back to reality. I worked so hard to become healthy and I will not go back to my old ways.
Jen I will keep you and baby in my thoughts and prayers, Carly and Karyn I am so happy for your happiness and upcoming wedding plans. I will definately try to check back frequently and hop back on the support board. We are a great group!

I will recommit my self to this also! Tomorrow will be a new start. I have found myself turning back to my old eating habits... carbs, no water and very little protein. We can do this together! I find myself lurking around, but not having much to say... So I want to get back into this.... jump in with both feet!!!! Thanks for the uplifting! I needed it....

Girl... I think we have had the same thoughts! All weekend I've been consciously watching what I'm doing...
I'm getting back on track tomorrow since I'm taking threeeeee classes that involve activity during summer school- Circuit Weights, Fitness through Aquatics and Boot Camp. In the fall, I'm taking Yoga to lengthen the muscles I hope to build this summer.
Welcome back! I am CERTAINLY recommiting myself to the RIGHT way!!! I was working on losing...lost 4 lbs. Then...my own fault...gained 5 back. I was eating OUT OF CONTROL. Not taking my vitamins regularly, carbing it too much and I wasn't working out...AT ALL. Working out is sooo important in my regimen and I really enjoy working out. So why aren't I doing what I'm supposed to do??? Just being a jackbutt. But I'm back...for real this time. Summer is a coin toss away and I wanna look comfy (and be comfy) in my summer digs. I ain't buying bigger clothes!!!
