Hope everyone is doing well!!! Things are crazy busy here as usual. Almost done with my first semester of nursing classes and I'm VERY much looking forward to that 3 week break! Things with me are okay I guess. Family is good, b/f is good. Last plastic surgery was rough and I'm still kind of depressed. I'm hoping next week to get the go ahead to be able to lift some weights and do some 'real' cardio. Weight is a struggle as usual. I did however, wear my first 2 piece swim suit in a public place (YMCA) last night...since i was probably about 10, 12? haha It was really weird and I felt like everyone was looking at me which I'm sure they weren't. I watched a water aerobics class while I was in the pool with my son and it looked interesting. I'm going to give it a try. I did try it a couple years ago and it didnt' work for me. It wasn't a hard enough work out to get my heart rate up. Of course then I was at the gym at least 5 days a week, now with being off for surgeries I need to build back up! I'm looking forward to summer activities and some vacations. The weather here is nasty. It's April 10th and we are expecting 2-4 inches of snow tomorrow. It's the never ending winter! Hugs n stuff! Renee PS: I haven't seen new pix of everyone for so long, maybe we can start a threat and everyone can post a recent pic? That might be kind of cool? With the crap weather I haven't had a chance to even show of my new 'girls' haha!

Nice to see you are doing well, it takes a while to get over the ps blues. I think this is the first time I have recovered so fast it seems I really have my energy up. It may be from those b-12 patches that Tiff recomended they really work I am on my second one and I can really see a difference in my mood, energy and attitude. HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND TORI

Glad to hear the b12 patches are helping!! They really made a difference for me as well. Although I decided to do 2 in a week and got a bad case of the shakes - which went away as soon as I took off the patch. My dr said only once a week! Oh well, the first few hours after putting one on is like nirvana. Hugs, ~Tiff www.b12patch.com

it is a thin dime shaped patch that you put behind your earlobe and wear for 24 hours, once a week. i get them at www.b12patch.com I did not realize how fuzzy my head was until I took the first one, within 2 hours I felt amazing, I had clarity of thought and my energy was through the roof. In search of an even greater feeling, I wore it for more than 24 hours and then applied a second one within the same week - and got a bad case of the shakes. My dr said no more than once a week or you can over stimulate yourself - like drinking way too much caffeine. Free shipping if you buy a 3 month supply and they have a maintainence program so they automatically ship every 3 months. I highly recommend! ~Tiffany

Hey You! So great to hear from you! I am glad that things are going well. Why was your last round of PS rough? Physically or emotionally? I am starting to feel downright jealous of you guys who were able to get PS!! My body is becoming more and more of a source of misery for me. I would not change a thing, mind you...but I would like to cease looking like a Sharpei! Sending you sunny thoughts!! Love and hugs, JM
