HELLOOOOOOOOOO
Where the heck is everyone?? I haven't posted menu's because I feel so silly doing it by myself. I started writing it down in a notebook at night before I go to bed just so I can all that I have eaten for the day.
Well, I'm posting tonight to see who's around..
Breakfast: Power crunch bar
Snack: Atkins strawberry shake
Lunch: Chili and a chocolate chip cookie
Snack: Blue Bunny NSA yogart sprinkled w/ South Beach granola.
Dinner: Steak strips, onions, peppers wrapped in a LC wheat wrap
Snack: Protein shake

You know know that line from Titanic when she is floating in the water and the rescue boat is there, "Is anybody out there?" If I had a whistle that you could hear I would be blowing it now, because I am here and doing well. I know what you mean about talking to yourself. Well, I am posting with you and will make every effort to do it every day. Maybe we can get the others to start chiming in again.
B~5oz tomto juice, and a slice of liver cheese.
L~a Stouffers panni sandwhich, Chicken italinan
S~ 8 small pretzels and two creme cookies
D~Lasanga and a buiscuit.
I need to work at getting my fluids in and getting more exercise. I need to get in and get a vit B-12 shot.
I was suppose to have tomorrow off, but one of our girls went to the hospital today and now I have to work. But that means that next week I am off Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and then again Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Feast or Famine ya know. Eat Well and be Healthy.

Hey there. I was posting too and no one was posting so I stopped! Plus, no one was posting, period. I'm starting to think this board is a thing of the past unfortunately. It was very supportive to me but no one posts anymore. Other forums are helpful as well but it was a little family since we all started at the same time. In any event, I hope everyone is doing excellent! I'll be chiming in here and there! And my menu was sparse yesterday...I went to the Martha Stewart show and only got 3 hrs sleep in 48 hours. Not good!!!
