No one posted but I've been on a roll the past couple of weeks with eating and exercise so here goes. It's late but it's here!
Smart Ones chicken parmesan..ate half the chicken and all noodles..chicken was gross

all meat from the hot bar...it was tasty!

chicken pita..ate all of insides and 1/2 pita...it was soooo good!
banana, 2 strawberries, few grapes, 1 graham cracker
Worked out with trainer...I hurt!
