It's Wednesday...what's to eat!!
Hi all...Hump day is already here. Time is moving so fast!! I'm just waiting for the weather to get nicer so I can take a run in Central Park and I need some sun!! I've been keeping up with the exercise and my body feels great! I need to get my labs done though because I've been alot tired than I should be lately. Anyway...here's my menu!
1 scram egg w/cheese, 2 chicken sausages, 1 mini waffle w/butter & honey
protein coffee, banana before workout
1 slice cheese pizza, salad, 3 hot wings
I made some salmon for dinner and broccoli and brown rice
I'll pack a SF pudding for snack at work later...
