Feedin' Friday

Hey April, I'll post since I'm just sitting here. I'm off today so I've been chillin all day.
I'm going out to eat tonight with my friend after a movie then to a dessert bar after that so I've been really good all day.
Breakfast: Adkins Shake
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Power crunch bar and another Atkins shake an hour later
Snack: Strawberries
Dinner: Going to Hymans, my fav. seafood resturant.. I usually get the broiled seafood platter.. flounder, scallops and shrimp. I'm getting me a loaded baked potato because I deserve it!!!!
Dessert: Something high calorie and chocolate!

Hey girl! Kinda late but I'm here! So my deadline to drop some lbs. is Memorial Day weekend. Me and a girl at work said that's our cutoff point! I'd just like to lose 10-15 lbs. 15 is pusing it but I'll see how it looks! I'll be getting a trainer too...I'm ready! Anyhoo...here's what I had;
1 chicken leg quarter, salad w/creamy italian dressing
cheese snack, Light n Fit, 1/2 snack bag mini pretzels
scram egg whites, 1.5 pcs. sausage, 1/2 slice 7 grain toast, few roasted potatoes, 1 bite cranberry scone...yum!!
protein shake
1 p. tilapia, salad, 1/2c. brown rice
And I worked out!
