My new concoction and whatcha eatin today??
So I love finding new things to put together and making it healthy. I'm not the biggest fan of chinese food but I eat it once in a blue. Since WLS, it's hard because I get really bloated and I seriously gain like 4 lbs. off it! So anyway, today I made my own General Tso's chicken. Perdue makes these General Tso's chicken bites. So I baked 4 of those, added 1/2c. brown rice, few steamed broccoli florets, 2 tbsp. of lite asian vinigrette and voila!! Healthy General Tso's chicken! It was very good and filling and didn't make me uncomfortable. Lately, I've been feeling uncomfortable with WLS unfriendly foods....good! So anyhoo...it's early but here's my menu!
1 scram egg w/cheese, 3 turkey sausage links

Later tonight at work I'm just packing a shake and maybe a SF pudding...

I didn't get online yesterday so I'm sharing now. Lets see, this is what I had to eat yesterday..
Breakfast: 1 pack of grits and 2 turkey sausage links.
Snack: HB egg
Lunch: Roast beef, cheese, lettuce and red onion in a LC wheat wrap
Snack: grazed on a fruit/cheese tray at work..
Dinner: 1 turkey and cheese roll up, 1 pickle spear, cheese cubes, crackers, fruit, huge shrimp, few meatballs, 2 hotwings.. Baby shower at work. I just had a little bit of everything.
Snack: 1 mini cc cookie, tiny peice of cake, 2 chocolate dipped strawberries
