Whatcha eatin Tuesday???
Hi all. Hope everyone has had an uneventful day. Spring is a few days away and I wi**** would hurry up! I need some warm weather! My eating was a little out of whack so I'm gonna have to put this day down as my whatever and I didn't work out and I really wanted to! But I was just too friggin tired after work. Here's my menu...you join in too!!
1/2c. cheerios, 4 oz. skim milk, 2 saltines, 3 grahams...I forgot my lunch at home!
Munchies snack mix....bad
Light n Fit yogurt
ham n cheese omelet, some fries, 1 slice toast
milk w/1/2 scoop protein
few mango slices
4 small hot wings, few bites salmon, 1/4c. mixed veggies
I'll take a banana to work for later
