Whatcha eatin on Thursday?
Hi all! The week is just about over so what's good on your menus???? I woke up late so I need to find a way to jump up the calories a bit as well as the protein! Here's today's menu:
ham n cheese omelette w/1 egg, 1 slice whole grain cinn/raisin toast w/butter
Pure Protein shake
3 chicken nuggets
For dinner...dunno yet..probably some turkey chili
For work I'll pack some yogurt n cheese snack and maybe some milk to up the protein
